The following costs serve as a basic guideline for the average homeowner. These prices may vary depending on the scope of your project and if approval is required from a homeowner’s association, review board or local municipality. Project supervision, coordination and consultation may also be provided and priced on an individual basis.

	# 1 Conceptual Plan $500.00
	# 2 Planting Plan $700.00 - $900.00 May include a rough conceptual as a preliminary step, if required.
	# 3 – Irrigation Head Layout $300.00 - $500.00 Additional costs will be incurred if a piping plan is required.
	# 4 - Landscape Lighting Plan $100.00 - $300.00
	# 5 – Hardscape Plans $400.00 - $800.00 Price depends on scope and precision required in addition to if elevation measurements must be taken.
	# 6 – Grading and Drainage Plan $300.00 - $700.00 Price depends on scope and precision required. In some cases a topographic survey may be required by a certified surveyor if not available through the subdivision or municipality.
	# 7 – Complete Master Plan $1500 - $2800 Includes many or all of the above features and may be produced as separate drawings if phased installation is desired.
